What is the best way to contact you with questions or to place an order?

Partytray.com offers three ways of contacting us or ordering.  Through our website, by fax or if you would to discuss options with one of our experienced event planners, telephone.  All methods are very easy and quite self explanatory.  If any concerns are identified, the person who places the order will be contacted immediately.

How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?

We ask that all breakfast and hot lunch orders be placed by 10:00 AM the day prior to your catering requirements.  All lunch orders must be placed by 4:30 PM the day prior to your catering requirements.  Same day orders may be available if placed by 9:30 AM although some items may not be available.  

What is the charge for delivery?

This is dependent on the location that the delivery is being made to.  Charges range from $5 to $25

What is your delivery policy?

We do ask for a 30 minute delivery window for each delivery.  All delivery windows are met as best possible.  Obviously with downtown deliveries there are traffic, weather and elevator concerns that play as factors with timing.  If a window cannot be reasonably met we will make every effort to contact the client who is being affected to notify of new timing.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can accept cancellations up until 12:00 PM on orders the business day before your order date.  Unfortunately same day cancellations are not accepted.  

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Cash, Cheque, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.  Payment is required on or before your function date.

Do you cater on Sundays?

Typically, we are closed on Sunday's. However, exceptions will be made for orders upon request.
